I think I forgot to mention before... Miss Wills is actually a nod to a real-life worker. They by no means look the same, but some of the mannerisms are there, such as the constant departing of various tidbits of wisdom and cooking recipes.
Having said that, I also ought to point out Javiera's reaction to this client is almost exactly what my own reaction was the first time this happened. I couldn't believe someone would actually lie to me! I took it VERY personally until a worker explained to me more or less what Miss Wills is telling Javiera. It really helped put things in perspective, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't still disappointed afterwards, or if I said it doesn't disappoint me when it happens to this day.
