I actually had this idea within a week of creating Fred, and have been waiting for quite some time to draw/post it. Because I am demented. Regardless, both Fred and Javiera's expressions in the last panel are right exactly where I want them.
I'm truly enjoying putting IJWH out every week, and would really like to keep it on a weekly basis. However, I have another strip in the works, so I'm unsure if I can keep up a weekly schedule. When it comes to comics, I'm all about the story aspect and developing the characters, and I'm finding the drafting process for IJWH coming easier and easier as the characters continue to grow. There are 3 or 4 story arcs focusing on social work and its impact on the workers I'm writing; if the juices keep flowing, and if demand is high enough, I'm going to make a serious effort for IJWH to be a weekly strip instead of biweekly. We shall see!
