This comic was a bit weird to draw because of all the empty space in the last two panels. After putting so much detail into previous pages it felt strange to intentionally leave things out.
It's also worth mentioning Allison is saying all the right things here. One thing emphasized to me by a coworker who worked in the Office for Women and Domestic Violence was how important it is to point out to the victim that what happened to them is not normal. Most victims will quickly start to justify what happened to them as a means of dealing with the trauma of what happened and tell themselves what happened was "normal." Having someone else point out to them being abused is not okay and not normal is often a crucial step to helping them break the cycle.
