IJWH was forced to take an unplanned, 4+ week hiatus in August 2016 when I developed a severe vitamin deficienct. It's amazing how missing a few of those vitamin things can really mess up your body. After a few doctor's visits and several weeks of taking supplements I got everything figured out, but I was laid very, very low for a while there... and it sucked. Big-time.
